- Established private practice
- Reason for need: growth
- Join a practice with one DO and one nurse practitioner
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available; part-time schedules starting at one day per week
- Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Outpatient practice with scheduled appointments and walk-in visits
- Typical patient volume: 24–28 patients per full day
- Medical Spanish proficiency required
- Approximately 38% of patients speak Spanish
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- After-hours call shared 1:3, every third week
- Light call volume: approximately 1–2 calls per week
- Calls are screened by a call center before being referred to the provider
- Providers have a strong voice in practice operations
- Dedicated referral coordinator and HEDIS staff support allow providers to focus on patient care
- Payer mix: 30% commercial, 20% Medicare, 40% Medicaid, and 10% self-pay

- Organization Information:
- $240,000 annual salary
- Bonus pool based on the clinic’s quality performance
- A provider received a $15,000 bonus last year; future bonuses depend on performance
- Partnership track after one year
