Family Medicine Physician – West Branch, Michigan

Clinical Role:

• Full-time permanent Family Medicine Physician opportunity

• Join a large, well-established practice

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care for patients from birth through adulthood

• Manage preventive care, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions

• Address patients’ physical, emotional, and social health needs

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Call: 1:12 rotation with nurse triage line support

• Services include primary care, X-ray, laboratory services, urgent care, and occupational health

• Convenient access to specialty care, imaging, laboratory services, and obstetrics services

Requirements:

• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Successful completion of an ACGME-approved residency

• Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license

• Michigan Controlled Substance License required

Practice Information:

• Established family medicine team

• Collaborative care environment with access to a wide range of medical specialties

• Full-service laboratory and imaging services available

• Access to obstetrics services

• Coordination with other medical services to support comprehensive patient care
