Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician for an ongoing locums opportunity in Trinity, Florida. This is a full-time opening with 12-hour shifts and a mix of day and night coverage. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and comfortable working both shifts.

Orientation

• 1 day of orientation

• 1–2 shadow shifts

Position Highlights

• Full-time Emergency Medicine locums opportunity

• 12-hour shifts

• Day and night coverage

• 5 Emergency Medicine providers working concurrently

• Standard Emergency Department support staff

• Ongoing coverage need

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat Emergency Department patients

• Manage acute and emergent medical conditions

• Perform standard Emergency Medicine procedures

• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teams

• Maintain efficient patient flow

• Complete timely clinical documentation

Support & Staffing

• 5 Emergency Medicine providers scheduled concurrently

• Standard Emergency Department nursing and ancillary support

Requirements

• ABEM Board Certification required

• Active Florida medical license required

• Primary Care physicians will not be considered

• Must be flexible for both day and night coverage

• Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts

• Established Emergency Medicine program

• Full-time locums coverage need

• Multiple Emergency Medicine providers working concurrently

• Collaborative Emergency Department environment
