We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join an established, mission-driven team in Davenport, Florida.
Practice Highlights
Modern Hospital Facilities: 202-bed hospital featuring a dedicated OB/GYN unit with 2 operating rooms and 10 labor and delivery rooms.
Advanced Surgical Technology: Access to da Vinci Xi robotic surgical technology and 9 operating rooms.
Collaborative Team: Work alongside 2 OB/GYNs, 3 gynecologists, 5 Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs), and 1 Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Strong Leadership Support: Benefit from engaged leadership at the local, regional, and organizational levels.
Growth Opportunity: Help expand and strengthen a growing women's health service line.
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
Team-oriented physician committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered women's healthcare.
Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and development of a collaborative practice.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary plus RVU incentives.
$75,000 signing bonus.
Moving expense assistance.
Coverage of board, licensing, and DEA fees.
26 days of paid time off.
