We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physicians to join an established, mission-driven team. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, a strong referral network, and a supportive clinical environment designed to help physicians practice with confidence
Position Highlights
Flexible Practice Options: Choose an ambulatory-only, inpatient-only, or hybrid practice model based on your professional goals.
24/7 Midwifery Support: Certified Nurse Midwives are available to provide first-call coverage.
Established Referral Network: Benefit from referrals through a network of more than 35 primary care physicians and 125 multispecialty physicians.
Balanced Patient Population: Care for a diverse mix of OB and GYN patients within a growing women’s health service line.
Collaborative Team: Join a local team of 2 OB/GYNs, 3 GYNs, 5 Certified Nurse Midwives, and 1 APRN, supported by engaged leadership.
Advanced Hospital Resources: Practice at a 202-bed hospital featuring a dedicated OB/GYN unit on the fifth floor, 2 operating rooms, and 10 labor and delivery rooms.
Robotic Surgery Technology: Access da Vinci Xi surgical technology and a hospital with 9 operating rooms.
AI Documentation Support: Utilize DAX AI scribe technology to reduce documentation time and support more meaningful patient interactions.
Flexible Recruitment: Opportunities are available for multiple physicians to join together, including colleagues or couples.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Eligible for medical licensure in Florida.
New graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & benefits
Competitive salary plus productivity incentives.
$75,000 sign-on bonus.
Occurrence-based malpractice coverage.
403(b) with 100% match up to 8%, plus 457(b)
