Clinical Role:

• Seeking an OB/GYN to join an established team

• Open to 2026 and 2027 graduates

• Primary office located in Fort Myers

• Hospital located approximately two miles from the office

• Call schedule: 1:6

• Nine midwives support the physicians

• Two nurse practitioners provide office support

• Office EMR: Intergy by Greenway

• Hospital EMR: Epic

• Visa sponsorship available, with employer-paid sponsorship costs

• Organization has extensive experience sponsoring physicians and supporting the green card process

Organization Information:

• Work for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

• $50,000 commencement bonus

• $10,000 relocation assistance

• 29 paid days off

• $3,000 CME allowance

• Employer-funded pension contribution of 5%

• Malpractice coverage provided through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA); no separate tail coverage required

• Eligible physicians may qualify for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC)
