Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified OB/GYN for Christmas locums coverage in Houston, Texas. This assignment consists of unrestricted call coverage for established practice patients who present to the hospital.

• Coverage: December 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM – December 26, 2026 at 7:30 AM

• Christmas coverage

• Unrestricted call

• Hospital-based coverage for practice patients

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN call coverage

• Evaluate and manage practice patients presenting to the hospital

• Respond to urgent obstetric and gynecologic needs

• Coordinate care with hospital staff and the established practice team

• Complete timely clinical documentation

Support & Technology

• Hospital-based call coverage

• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Requirements

• Board Certified in OB/GYN required

• Active Texas medical license required

• Active DEA required

• Must be available for the full Christmas coverage period

• Must be comfortable with unrestricted OB/GYN call

Organization & Team

• Coverage for established practice patients

• Hospital-based OB/GYN call

• Short-term holiday coverage need
