Availability & Work Structure

• Practice Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)

• IRF Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day

• Call Schedule: 1:4 shared rotation for IRF only

• SNF Call: None

• Local Team: 4 physicians

• Employment Options: Primarily W-2; part-time opportunities may be 1099

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

• Medical License: Florida medical license required (active or eligible)

Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $200,000 for Medical Directors

• Productivity Bonus: 70% of billings after reaching the bonus threshold

• Typical Total Earnings: $230,000–$425,000+ with productivity bonuses
