Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for locums Neurosurgery coverage in Duluth, Minnesota. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with no call and an anticipated need extending through the end of 2027.

Assignment Details

• Start: April 2027

• Initial assignment: 13 weeks

• Potential extension through the end of 2027

• Full-time coverage

• Monday–Friday

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• No call

• Multiple providers may be considered

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Neurosurgery care

• Evaluate and manage established and new patients as appropriate

• Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up care

• Collaborate with Neurosurgery physicians and clinical support staff

• Complete timely clinical documentation

Patient Volume & Practice Environment

• Approximately 12–16 patients per shift

• Outpatient setting

• Stroke-certified setting

• Level II Trauma environment

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Board Certified or Board Eligible required

• Active Minnesota license required by start date

• Candidates without a Minnesota license will need to obtain one

• ACLS required

• BLS required
