Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Patient Volume & Population

• Average of 13–19 patients per day.

• Adult and geriatric patient population.

• Most common diagnoses and conditions treated: Additional details to come.

Clinical Support & EMR

• EMR: Epic.

• Support staff includes Medical Assistants and an NP.

Requirements

• Active California medical license.

• Board certification required.

• DEA registration and controlled-substance registration required.

• BLS required.

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 2–4 weeks.
