Locums – Lafayette, Indiana, NP/PA Urgent Care Openings

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule

• Three 12-hour shifts per week.

• Shift hours: 7:45 AM–8:15 PM.

Patient Volume & Department Details

• Approximately 45 patients per shift.

• 13-bed department.

• Urgent care setting.

Support Staff

• 4 RNs.

• 3 Medical Assistants.

• 4 NPs/PAs.

• 2 office staff members.

EMR

• Cerner.

Requirements

• Active Indiana license or compact license accepted.

• Board certification required.

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
