Locums CRNA – Fort Morgan, CO

Position Overview

• Position Type: Locum Tenens

• Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

• Practice Setting: Anesthesia

• Daily Staffing: 2 providers

• Practice Model: All-CRNA practice (no supervision)

• EMR: Epic

Availability / Schedule

• Regular Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Call Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weeknight Call: Every other weeknight

• Weekend Call: Every 3rd weekend

• Call Response Time: 20 minutes

Licensure & Certifications

• State License: Colorado CRNA license required

• ACLS: Required

• PALS: Required

• Case Logs: Required

• Regional Anesthesia Experience: Must demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Spinals

  • Nerve blocks

  • Epidurals

Clinical Responsibilities & Case Types

CRNA will provide anesthesia services for a variety of cases, including:

• Endoscopy

• Orthopedics

• OB/GYN

• General surgery

• Very light, healthy pediatric cases

• Urology

• Dental procedures

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable practicing independently in an all-CRNA environment.

• Must be proficient in spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidurals.

• Case logs must demonstrate experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks.

• Must be able to meet the 20-minute call response requirement.
