Locums – Thomasville, North Carolina, Urology Opening (IMLC Accepted)

Duration: 1 year 

Coverage Schedule

• Frequency: 3 weekends per month

• Coverage Hours: Friday at 7:00 AM through Monday at 7:00 AM

• Weekend dates will be provided as soon as possible.

Call Responsibilities

• Assigned and unassigned patients

• Remain available by phone while on call

• Call Type: Beeper

• Required Response Time: 20 minutes

• Average Call Volume per 24 Hours:

  • 3 phone consultations

  • 3 patients seen

• Respond to inpatient floor consultations and Emergency Department needs as required.

Practice Details

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital: Stroke certified

• Average Patient Volume: 5 patients per shift

• Department Size: 50 beds

Requirements

• Board Certified Urologist

• Active North Carolina medical license or IMLC accepted

• Fellowship preferred

• BLS certification required
