Locums – Phoenix, Arizona, Family Practice Job

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Job Duration: 3 months, with the option to extend

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Five 8-hour shifts per week

• 8-hour workdays

Practice Details

• Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic

• EMR: Epic

• Patient Population: Pediatric and adult patients

• Daily Patient Volume: Approximately 10–12 patients

• Support Staff: APPs and office staff

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including:

• Adult primary care and pediatric care

• Walk-in visits

• Mental health support

• Nutrition and wellness services

• Minor procedures, including laceration repair and suturing

• Evaluation and treatment of common illnesses, including influenza, coughs, and colds

Requirements

• Board certification required

• Active Arizona medical license required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience

• BLS certification required

• DEA required

• ABLS required
