Locums - Hanover, Pennsylvania, CRNA Opening

Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking an experienced CRNA for a full-time locums opportunity in Hanover, Pennsylvania. This ambulatory surgery role includes a broad outpatient case mix with a strong Orthopedic volume and a combination of medically directed and independent anesthesia practice.

Assignment Details

• Start: January 4, 2027

• Job Duration: 13 Weeks

• Option to extend

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• Five 8-hour shifts per week

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 30-minute unpaid lunch

Clinical Details & Case Mix

• Approximately 6–15 patients per day depending on room assignment

• Adult and pediatric patients

• Orthopedics

• Gynecology

• Ophthalmology

• Endoscopy

• ENT

• Dental

• General Surgery

• High Orthopedic volume

Practice Environment

• Ambulatory Surgery Center setting

• 4 operating rooms

• Medical direction ratio approximately 1:3

• Supervised anesthesia care in the main OR

• Independent CRNA coverage in Endoscopy

• Anesthesiologist remains onsite and available for support

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• NBCRNA certification required

• Active Pennsylvania license or compact license required

• ACLS required

• BLS required

• PALS required

Credentialing

• Standard credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days

• Expedited credentialing may be considered
