Seeking a qualified Urologist for hospital-based coverage in Cottonwood, Arizona. This opportunity includes 24-hour call coverage with OR and clinic responsibilities.

Coverage Details

• Coverage Type: 24-hour call

• Schedule:

  • November 21: 8:00 AM–8:00 AM

  • November 22: 8:00 AM–8:00 AM

• Average Callback: 2–6 hours per day

• Average Clinic Census: Approximately 20 patients per day

• Hospital Size: 99 beds

• Practice Setting: Hospital

• EMR: Cerner

Clinical Responsibilities & Volume

• Approximately 10–15 procedures per week

• OR surgical volume: 3–4 cases per week

• Support staff includes 1 PA and assigned MAs.

• Two permanent physicians as support staff.

• Robotics available but not required.

• Disposable flexible cystoscopes available.

Required Procedures

• Ureteroscopy

• Laser lithotripsy

• TURP

• TURBT

• Flexible cystoscopy

Preferred Procedures

• TRUS biopsy

• In-clinic vasectomy

Additional Procedures

• Outpatient infant circumcision

• In-clinic vasectomy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) only

• DEA required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience
