Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified CRNA for a locums anesthesia opportunity in Richmond, Virginia. This is a fast-paced hospital-based role in a Level I Trauma setting with a variety of shift options.

Assignment Details

• Start: 2027

• Hospital-based practice

• Adult patient population

• Candidates must be flexible to work a mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts

• Optional call coverage available

Shift Options

• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • 10-hour shift

  • Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 12-hour shift

  • Available 7 days per week, including holidays

  • Consistent weekend and holiday need

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

  • 24-hour beeper call

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays only

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 12-hour beeper call

  • Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care in a hospital setting

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff

• Maintain appropriate standards of care

• Participate in call coverage when scheduled

Practice Environment

• Fast-paced setting

• Level I Trauma environment

• EMR-based documentation

Requirements

• CRNA

• Graduate of an accredited training program

• Board Certification required

• Current Virginia license or ability to obtain licensure

• DEA not required for CRNA coverage
