- Rotating Schedule:
  - Week 1: Hospital Inpatient Service Only with NP Support
    - High Volume: NP writes all notes (Except ICU Notes)
  - Week 2: Outpatient Clinic
    - (4-Days Only)
  - Week 3: Dialysis Centers with NP Support
    - (4-Days Only)
  - Week 4: Outpatient Clinic and Hospital Coverage
    - (Spend ½ day in clinic & ½ day in hospitals)
- Call Schedule: 1:3 or 1:4
