We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Gynecologist to join a large multispecialty group in the Bronx. This is an outpatient-only opportunity with no obstetrics responsibilities. Flexible scheduling options are available.

J1 Waiver, CONRAD 30, and H1B visa sponsorship available. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.

Position Highlights

Job Summary

The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient care for women across the lifespan, diagnosing and managing a wide range of gynecologic conditions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform annual well-woman exams and routine gynecologic evaluations

  • Diagnose and manage conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain, infections, and menopausal symptoms

  • Perform diagnostic testing including Pap smears, STD screening, ultrasounds, hormone panels, colposcopies, and endometrial biopsies

  • Provide contraception counseling and family planning services

  • Perform in-office gynecologic procedures (e.g., IUD insertion/removal, cervical procedures)

  • Perform minor surgical procedures as appropriate (e.g., D&C, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy)

  • Educate patients on reproductive health and preventive care

  • Refer patients to subspecialists when necessary

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

  • MD or DO

  • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

  • Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
