Clinical Role

We are seeking board certified or board eligible Podiatrists to join a large multispecialty group in the Bronx. Multiple full-time positions are available with opportunities in outpatient clinic and house call settings.

Providers are encouraged (but not required) to rotate through all practice settings. For house calls, a driver is provided.

Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required. H1B visa sponsorship available.

Position Highlights

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • Multiple full-time openings

  • Combination of outpatient and house call opportunities

  • Driver provided for house calls

  • Start with approximately 10 patients per day; ramp to 16 per day

  • Flexible structure with performance-based incentives


Outpatient Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the foot, ankle, and lower extremities

  • Perform in-office procedures and surgeries (e.g., bone spur removal, wound care, minor surgical interventions)

  • Treat sports-related injuries such as fractures and sprains

  • Perform diabetic foot care and preventative services

  • Prescribe medications, orthotics, and mobility aids

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays, ultrasounds, and bone density studies

  • Provide patient education on foot care and overall wellness

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR


House Call Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive podiatric evaluations in patients’ homes

  • Diagnose and treat infections, wounds, musculoskeletal issues, and chronic foot conditions

  • Perform routine diabetic foot care, nail care, and callus management

  • Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care physicians and specialists

  • Educate patients on wound prevention, mobility, and self-care

  • Document visits accurately and timely in the electronic medical record


Qualifications

  • DPM degree

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Medicine

  • Active New York State license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong clinical and procedural skills

  • Ability to work independently in both clinic and home settings

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $130,000

  • Total compensation up to $200,000+ with performance bonuses

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities

  • Competitive overall salary range: $125,000–$200,000 (based on experience and setting)
